Tina Patel is a dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience spanning clinical research, defense contracting, and healthcare consulting. She brings deep expertise in proposal development, operations, and cross, functional team leadership to scale high quality clinical education experiences for third, year medical students.

With a foundation in finance and operations, Tina has transformed proposal and contract management teams at leading firms such as Raytheon, Cardinal Health, and ResearchPoint Global. She previously served as Senior Proposal Manager at RRD International, Altasciences, and Firma Clinical Research. Tina now channels that operational rigor and process innovation into Medspan’s mission, expanding access to clinical rotations through strong physician partnerships, student, centered planning, and systematized placement logistics. She holds a BBA in Finance from California State University, Fullerton, and certifications in value management, SAP & BW, Six Sigma, and government cost estimating and pricing.
